Former bass player for The Deccas and currently with Stuart Turner & The Flat Earth Society, Nick Rice has been working with Groovy Uncle since 2011 when he played on a couple of tracks for the Suzi Chunk album ‘Girl From The Neck Down’, then full time from 2013 when we recorded the ‘One Vowel Away From The Truth’ album (out soon for the first time on baby blue vinyl!).
Notably, it’s Nick’s solid, thumping bass line that holds down the Suzi classic, ‘Barefoot In The Car Park’. He never lets us down. Top man!
