This Much Christmas

I’m very pleased to announce the release of a new Groovy Uncle album in time for the Yuletide season. Jane Wrangham and I have been working together on some new songs which are available for DOWNLOAD ONLY via Bandcamp. ‘This Much Christmas’ is OUT NOW! Eight songs (two of which were written by Jane) include a reworking of ‘It’s Christmas Eve’ and an alternate, festive version’ of ‘The Wasteland’ (re-titled ‘Christmas In The Wasteland’, obvs). I hope these tunes will sit nicely on your Christmas playlist and do exactly what it says on the tinsel.

Last week saw a section of the ‘New York Letters’ stage show making its debut at the Drake Theatre, Philadelphia as part of a showcase for new works organised by MusiCoLab. ‘NYL’ had a ten minute slot and two songs, ‘Always Good To Hear From You’ and ‘Nixon’s Listening’ were performed. I believe there is video evidence of the evening and I will keep you posted on that. Mare has been working very hard promoting the show and we were both interviewed by A.D Amorosi for his ‘Theatre In The Round’ podcast which you can listen to it here.

Thanks to everyone for all your support over the past year in which Groovy Uncle has released no less than 3 albums!

Have a great Holiday Season!!
